Ministry is a First Amendment educational association.� This ministry
holds no state corporate charter, nor has it sought federal tax-exempt
status. �We exist by natural right as given by God the Father, and we
exhort our authority on Earth as our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ commands
us. We currently enjoy and exercise our rights freely in this county under
the Constitutional guarantee of the First Amendment. We therefore speak
freely on all matters that are spiritual, civil, and political as it
relates to the Gospel, and God's people. Dear Church Leaders: As the world plunges into darkness more and more Church Leaders have to step out and be light to the world. Perhaps the Free Church Ministry will allow Church Leaders to move out from under the restrictive confines of the state and preach against sin and idolatry. (II Tim. 3:16) I view the United States Constitution as written, to be the supreme law of the land. That it formed a limited government of specific grants of power from out of the powers held by the States and the People, both of which remain sovereign and capable of reclaiming those powers first granted. I do not believe in the power of the judiciary to interpret the Constitution, as this would be the equivalent of the power to amend the Constitution. The Constitution provides its own procedure for amendment. I believe that both the Federal and State governments have embarked on a program of manipulation as regards to citizen and church rights, which, broadly stated consists of benefits for surrender of rights. This is the enticement of socialism: that we may legally claim the fruits of others' labors, and for churches, that we should seek the protection of government rather than God.
